Throughout these Terms, “KYVEN Gaming”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Ecomyra Tech, S.L.

Orders

We reserve the right to reject, limit or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including suspected fraud, payment problems, inventory errors, pricing errors, shipping restrictions or violations of these Terms.

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, the applicable amount will be refunded.

Receiving an order confirmation does not necessarily mean that an order has been accepted or dispatched.

Prices and Payment

Prices may be displayed in different currencies depending on the customer’s location. Taxes, shipping charges and any other applicable costs will be displayed at checkout where required.

Payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments and other payment providers offered at checkout. We do not directly store complete payment card information.

Shipping, Returns and Warranty

All purchases are subject to our Shipping Policy, Return and Refund Policy and One-Year Limited Warranty, which form part of these Terms.

Intellectual Property
